Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous concierge or guest services experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests as they enter the building.
• Answer phone calls courteously and route to the appropriate associate.
• Ensure amenities are ready before leasing office opening each morning.
• Manage deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Report safety concerns or maintenance needs to management.
• Assist other tasks as assigned by the property manager.
• Maintain clear, courteous communication with residents to ensure excellent service.
• Keep the work area organized and clean.
• Adhere to company policies, Fair Housing, and ADA regulations.
