Colliers Assisted Living Port St. Lucie is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and guests, answer inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience.

The role emphasizes hospitality, clear communication, and attention to detail. The Concierge will coordinate transportation, handle special requests, and stay informed about local events to enhance guest satisfaction while supporting department leaders and maintaining an organized desk.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• Previous concierge/guest services experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in reservation systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them warmly.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information to residents and families.
• Coordinate transportation and assist with calls, mail and packages.
• Handle special requests and plan itineraries.
• Stay informed about local events and services.
• Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support department leaders with requests and maintain desk organization.

Education

Hospitality management degree preferred
