Job summary

AgeWell Senior Living is seeking a Concierge at our community to serve as an ambassador for residents and staff. The role handles receptionist duties, visitor screening, mail processing, and coordination of transportation with a resident-first approach.

The position requires a High School Diploma, excellent interpersonal and clerical skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and the ability to relate to a variety of people.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clerical skills are essential.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and participate in holiday activities.

Responsibilities

• Provides positive first impression to all who enter the Community.
• Answers and screens incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner, routing calls and taking messages as appropriate.
• Greets all visitors in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Screens and requires visitors to sign in at reception desk.
• Notifies Residents of visitors and instructs visitors according to Resident’s instructions.
• Receives and processes incoming mail and outgoing mail/packages.
• Maintains and updates Emergency Phone Number Log and emergency contact information.
• Performs other duties as necessary, including light housekeeping and clerical tasks.
