Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours and follow-ups for leasing.
• Plan and execute marketing activities and resident events.
• Assist with move-ins/turns and outbound marketing efforts.
• Maintain Core Spaces brand standards in all communications.
• Present to student groups and participate in sponsored events.
• Handle on-site duties including evening/overnight on-call as needed.
