Job summary

Associa in Miami is seeking a Front Desk/ Lobby Ambassador to greet visitors, verify access, and serve residents with discretion and professionalism.

The role requires English fluency, high school education, and the ability to interact positively with guests and staff. You will manage deliveries, monitor access, and support property operations while maintaining confidentiality and a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
Ability to input and access information in property management systems/POS.
Hospitality-focused customer service experience preferred.
Some college or hospitality training is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet vendors, residents and guests.
Coordinate all deliveries of packages, flowers and restaurant food.
Monitor and control security cameras and building access.
Monitor exterior doors and maintain a secure environment for residents.
Collaborate with staff to meet residents' needs.
Review front desk procedures and facilitate communication between units and maintenance.
Maintain a clean, professional work area during shift.
Follow safety and security policies and procedures.
Handle crisis situations calmly during emergencies or fires.
Answer telephone calls clearly and professionally.
Other duties as assigned by management.
