Job summary

HarborChase of Boynton is seeking a Community Concierge to be the first contact for visitors and to support administrative tasks with professionalism, hospitality, and courtesy. The role requires organization, multi-tasking and basic computer skills, while ensuring a welcoming environment across lobby and reception areas.

Responsibilities include answering calls, relaying messages, maintaining logs, greeting guests, updating resident information in Yardi, and providing administrative assistance

Qualifications

• Must have a high school education.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess an understanding and ability to demonstrate hospitality to all community visitors.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm at all times.
• Must possess basic computer usages and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates, residents, family members, and outside contacts.
• Must possess a passion to work with and around senior citizens.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls in a warm, pleasant and professional manner.
• Relays messages promptly to intended person.
• Maintains current visitor log.
• Greets visitors, residents, family members and associates warmly.
• Keeps reception areas clean, hospitable, inviting.
• Ensures Show Ready appearance of listed areas.
• Maintains resident face sheets in Yardi and updates as needed.
• Inputs data into Yardi and Direct Supply systems.
