Responsibilities

• Answers calls warmly and professionally.
• Relays messages promptly to the intended person.
• Greets visitors, residents, family members, and associates warmly in person and by phone.
• Maintains current visitor log; keeps reception areas clean and inviting.
• Ensures show-ready appearance of reception areas and lobby.
• Keeps knowledge of community, benefits, services, residents and associates.
• Inputs resident information into the Yardi system and uploads photos.
• Inputs work orders into Direct Supply TELS system.
• Coordinates appointments for transportation and services and records charges.
• Assists with administrative duties for Executive Director and Business Office.
• Dresses professionally and follows company computer usage guidelines.
• Maintains privacy and safety for residents and staff.
