Job summary

HarborChase of Boynton Beach is seeking a community concierge to be the first contact for visitors and support for administrative tasks. You will create an excellent experience through professionalism, hospitality and courtesy, while staying organized and capable with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school education.
• Effective communication essential.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm.
• Basic computer usage and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
• Able to communicate with all levels of management, residents and visitors.
• Passion to work with senior citizens.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls in a warm, pleasant and professional manner.
• Relays messages promptly to the intended person.
• Greets visitors, residents and family members warmly at the desk.
• Maintains a clean, hospitable reception area.
• Inputs resident information into the Yardi system and updates face sheets.
• Inputs work orders into Direct Supply TELS and tracks statuses.
• Supports the Executive Director and Director of Resident Care with admin tasks.
• Coordinates appointments for transportation and other resident services.
• Collects and distributes resident mail and packages.
• Keeps professional decorum and protects resident privacy.
