Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional living experiences across property marketing, sales and resident engagement. You will guide prospects, applicants and residents through the leasing journey, helping them find the best home for their needs and ensuring a smooth move-in to renewal process.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Property Management or Hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all community inquiries, per policy.
• Deliver high-level resident experience through professional interactions.
• Create exceptional living experiences during every customer and resident encounter.
• Attract prospects via outreach and advertising and respond to inquiries.
• Follow up with qualified prospects according to policy.
• Renew residents at lease end where required.
• Monitor and manage the prospective resident waitlist.
• Inspect property for deficiencies and prepare for showings.
• Coordinate move-in readiness and conduct move-out inspections.
• Coordinate Lifeworks events and activities as required.
• Understand and apply community leases and policies.
• Conduct market surveys to compare competition.
• Understand company software usage and policies.
