Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, customer service, sales, or related field preferred.
• Previous management or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident concerns and maintain professional, timely communications.
