Job summary

Wellington Advisors is seeking a motivated Community Manager to enhance on-site operations and the resident experience. You will oversee leasing, budgeting, and resident relations while coordinating with the Regional Community Manager to meet ownership goals.

The role requires experience in property management, supervisory ability, and strong customer service skills. Familiarity with Yardi and MS Office is preferred, with opportunities for professional development and training.

Qualifications

Two or more years of property management experience.
Experience in a supervisory role.
Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

Ensure ownership goals are met through leasing, resident retention, and budget management.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, maintaining high satisfaction.
Enter prospect and resident information into Yardi and CRM.
Coordinate with Service Manager for turning vacant units.
Submit regularly scheduled reports on financial and leasing/occupancy metrics.
Follow Fair Housing guidelines.
