The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and may have leasing or property management experience. Yardi experience is a plus, with availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Foster a warm, welcoming community atmosphere

• Address resident needs quickly and personally
• Manage service requests and coordinate with maintenance teams
• Promote the property positively to residents and the surrounding community
• Support the Property Manager in addressing resident concerns
