Job summary

Alliance Health Group seeks a Resident Relations Concierge/Ambassador to deliver hospitality-driven care from admission through discharge. The role proactively engages residents and families, anticipates needs, resolves concerns, and coordinates across departments.

You will conduct daily rounds, greet new residents, coordinate meals and amenities, document feedback, and follow up after discharge. This is an evening shift supporting exceptional customer service and a positive facility reputation.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or concierge/customer-facing roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Warm, professional demeanor and ability to build rapport with residents and families.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to de-escalate concerns with empathy.
• Work independently and coordinate across departments.
• Reliable transportation and availability for evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily IDT stand-down to review admissions and discharges, grievances, and feedback.
• Personally welcome new residents and families and introduce the Ambassador role.
• Coordinate with nursing and dietary regarding meals and dietary information.
• Orient residents to facility amenities, menus, activities, and services.
• Complete admission satisfaction follow-up and day-1 to day-3 surveys.
• Conduct proactive rounds and identify opportunities to improve resident experience.
• Document grievances and coordinate with leadership for service recovery.
• Follow up after discharge and hospitalization to ensure smooth transitions.
• Submit a concise daily Administrator Report with observations and actions.
