Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality, hotel guest services, concierge services, or guest relations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Warm, professional demeanor and ability to build rapport with residents and families.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to de-escalate concerns and communicate empathetically with frustrated families.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments.
• Reliable transportation and availability for evening and weekend coverage.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Attend daily IDT stand-down to review admissions, discharges, grievances, resident and family feedback, and outstanding concerns.
• Welcome new residents and families, introduce the Ambassador role, and help residents feel expected and supported.
• Conduct proactive resident rounds to assess satisfaction and identify concerns.
• Coordinate with Administrator and department heads for service recovery and follow-up.
• Maintain a daily administrator report with resident experience insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Encourage voluntary 5-star Google reviews without pressure or incentives.
