Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management or resident engineering for large (> $500M) projects.
• Experience administering field construction contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change management.
• Experience overseeing inspection staff and field documentation on active sites.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and schedules; proficient MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Administer construction contracts in the field to plans, specs, and contract requirements.
• Oversee inspection staff, field coverage, and documentation to program standards.
• Coordinate with agency staff and designer of record for formal responses.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings; provide technical responses with design team.
• Evaluate progress, verify quantities, and recommend progress payments.
• Monitor safety, QA, and nonconformances; maintain as-built records.
