Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs for adults.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in therapeutic recreation, gerontology, health care, education, or related field preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Uses a person-centered approach to build relationships and connections among residents.
• Develops a monthly calendar with residents’ interests.
• Collaborates with community leadership to plan and execute events (holiday, family, educational, marketing).
• Plans and schedules meaningful resident engagement opportunities, including community outings or driving a community vehicle.
