Brookdale is seeking a Resident Engagement Coordinator at our Delaware location. You will work with residents to create engaging programs and events, developing monthly calendars in partnership with residents and the leadership team.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, community involvement, and coordinating activities to enhance resident experience. Responsibilities include planning events, coordinating with the community leadership, and ensuring meaningful resident engagement both

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Use a person-centered approach to build relationships with residents.
• Develop a monthly calendar with residents based on shared interests.
• Collaborate with community leadership to plan and execute events (holiday, family, educational, and other marketing events).
• Plan and schedule meaningful resident engagement activities, including possible driving a community vehicle.
