Westminster Communities of Florida's Jefferson Center in Sarasota is seeking a full-time Resident Activities Coordinator to plan, develop, and direct the activities program for residents in accordance with regulatory guidelines and community standards.

You will create monthly calendars, arrange resident entertainment and outings, maintain event records, manage supplies, monitor funds, and coordinate travel to events with the administrator and board direction.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in recreational and activities programs, preferably in aging services.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean record.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and produce monthly activity calendars with administrator using online system.
• Plan and manage resident entertainment and outings with administrator and board input.
• Maintain records of events: venues, receipts, attendance, and payments as applicable.
• Purchasing and maintain inventory of activity supplies and decorations.
• Keep accurate records of funds used to support events with administrator/bd directions.
• Coordinate travel to and from events per normal transportation schedule.
