Inspired Living at Sun City Center is seeking a Part-Time Resident Experience Coordinator to oversee resident activities, build monthly calendars, arrange outside entertainment, and coordinate on-site events for our managed community.

The role emphasizes budget-conscious planning, transportation coordination, safety compliance, and collaboration with the Community Management team to deliver engaging experiences and exceptional resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred in Social Service, Business, or related field.
• Experience in managing staff preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in assisted living preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident interest and activity needs at move-in and ongoing engagement.
• Coordinate daily activities within budget, and develop monthly activity calendars.
• Arrange entertainment within budget and promote activities to boost participation.
• Plan quarterly events that support marketing efforts with management team.
• Provide and staff transportation for resident activities and outings.
• Ensure safety and compliance; support workers and communicate with care providers.
