Responsibilities

• Leads Engage Life programs and resident activities to enhance quality of life.
• Offers diverse recreational activities with supervision for each activity.
• Develops programs for residents, including room-bound residents when applicable.
• Engages and motivates residents to participate in activities.
• Keeps residents informed of upcoming events and maintains a current activity schedule.
• Greets new residents and helps integrate them with others who share interests.
• Assists in planning parties and decorating the community for seasons/holidays.
• Supports census-building initiatives and participates in related activities.
• Maintains records of activities and participation as required by state law.
• Assists in coordinating volunteers to support activities.
• May drive company vehicle between locations if required.
• Performs other duties as needed.
