Atria Senior Living is seeking individuals to join our Engage Life team to coordinate and lead recreational activities for residents. You will plan, supervise, and participate in a variety of programs designed to enhance residents' daily living and well-being within the community.

The role involves coordinating events, greeting new residents, and contributing to a vibrant, supportive living environment. Full-time opportunity in Briarcliff Manor, NY with benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 months related experience or training.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and to present information to customers, clients and colleagues in one-on-one and small group settings.

Aufgaben

• Lead engaged life programs and activities to enhance residents' lives.
• Provide diverse recreational activities with supervision.
• Develop programs including for residents confined to rooms.
• Engage and motivate residents to participate.
• Inform residents of upcoming activities and keep a current events schedule.
