Vantage Care, LLC is seeking to enhance resident well-being through ongoing activity programs developed from comprehensive assessments. The role includes preparing an accessible monthly activity calendar and ensuring visibility to residents and visitors.

The position also involves coordinating and leading monthly resident council meetings, supporting care plans, and participating in quality assurance and department head discussions to improve care delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing activities program designed to meet each resident's interests, physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being per the comprehensive assessment.
• Prepare a monthly calendar of activities written in larger print and posted in a prominent location visible to residents and visitors.
• Manage and run monthly resident council meetings.
• Attend care plan meetings and participate in quality assurance committee and department head meetings.
