• Prepare a monthly calendar of activities in larger print posted for residents and visitors.
• Manage and run monthly resident council meetings.
• Assess resident needs and develop activity goals for the written care plan.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and document outcomes.
• Attend care plan meetings and participate in quality assurance and department head meetings.
