The position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2+ years in public assistance programs, with a preference for a Bachelor’s in Social Work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work preferred.
• Two years of experience with public assistance programs or agencies (Medicaid, HUD, LIHTC).
• Strong customer service and compassionate approach.
• Clear communication and dependable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Guide residents and families through eligibility paperwork for residency.
• Gather, review, and organize documentation to ensure applications are complete.
• Follow up on missing information to keep processes moving.
• Communicate requirements and next steps with residents, representatives, and external agencies.
• Coordinate assessment appointments.
• Prepare resident administrative files for submission and approval.
