Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily physical inspections and coordinate with maintenance.
• Supervise staff, including work schedules and conflict resolution.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Uphold and report on AMC policies and procedures.
• Meet leasing objectives and ensure proper sales techniques.
• Handle and resolve resident requests or concerns.
• Take responsibility for administrative duties including reporting.
• Implement resident retention programs.
• Design/maintain marketing and advertising concepts.
• Ensure property compliance with regulations.
• Investigate and report incidents on the property.
