Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities seeks a friendly Server for a full‑time role in our community restaurant. You will welcome residents, direct them to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist with drink selection to deliver the guest experience they expect.

You will operate the state‑of‑the‑art POS system, complete opening and closing dining room duties, and maintain exceptional service with a compassionate, team‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly, patient demeanor and a passion for helping residents.
• Must provide or obtain a Food Handler’s Card per state requirements.
• Experience in customer service and food service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist with drink selection.
• Communicate orders to staff and use the POS system accurately.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties as required.
