Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server for our community restaurant to help create an exceptional dining experience and build relationships with residents. This role is part of our day shift schedule and emphasizes friendly, resident-centered service.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes, and processing orders with our POS system. Candidates must have or obtain a Food Handler’s Card where required and will join a team

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and compassionate attitude toward residents.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist with drink selection.
• Communicate orders using the POS system.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as required.
