Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a Server for our community restaurant in a full-time role with varied shifts. You will help create a great dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver the kind of service guests expect from a quality dining experience.

Key duties include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, recommending dishes and drinks, and communicating orders through our POS system. A strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Good customer service skills are essential.
• Must be able to present menus, assist in drink selection, and communicate orders accurately.
• Able to comply with state/county food-handling requirements and obtain a Food Handler's Card if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and direct them to tables; present menus; suggest dishes and drinks.
• Relay resident orders to the kitchen using the POS system.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties as required by the community.
