Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Server to join our community restaurant. You will direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection, while delivering outstanding service in a friendly, resident-focused environment.

You will use a state-of-the-art POS system to communicate orders and ensure accurate service. A positive attitude and strong customer service are essential assets for this role.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents.
• Must currently hold a Food Handler's Card, or be willing to obtain one with employer support
• Must have strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection
• Communicate resident orders using the POS system
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community
