Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a Server for full-time work in the Shawnee Hills Senior Living community. You will guide residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and help with drink choices to ensure a superb dining experience.

You will use our POS system to relay orders and complete opening/closing duties, contributing to a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere for residents and guests alike.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service presentation.
• If under 18, must provide schoolwork authorization where applicable.
• Server must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one as required by state/county regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders using the point of sale system.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
