Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Hershey, PA is seeking a Server to courteously serve resident and guest meals and to help clean and reset the dining room after service.

You will assist residents with menu orders, provide beverages, maintain hygiene, and support tray service while upholding confidentiality and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Capable of performing simple, repetitive tasks.
• Effective communication under supervision.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and carry heavy objects for 20 feet.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with menu orders and serve meals.
• Provide beverage service (water, iced tea, juices, milk and coffee/tea).
• Assist with tray service and dining room setup.
• Ensure proper food storage and labeling.
• Clean and reset dining room after meals; sweep, mop, and vacuum.
