Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC in Hershey, PA is seeking a friendly Server to assist residents and guests with meals at our Hershey, PA location. You will serve courses courteously, help guests place orders, provide beverages, and ensure dining areas are clean and prepared for the next service.

This role requires excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to work with residents who may have mobility or memory needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must possess ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods up to three (3) hours at a time.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• The Server is responsible for courteously serving resident and guest meals, and for clean-up and resetting of dining room following meal service.
• Assists residents when placing orders from the menu.
• Provide beverage service (water, iced tea, juices, milk and coffee/tea).
• Assist with tray service and other duties as assigned.
• Follows confidentiality policies regarding release of resident information.
• Interacts in a polite and considerate manner to residents, guests, co-workers and supervisors.
