Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Server for our Hershey, PA community to courteously serve meals, assist with tray service, and keep dining areas clean. You will interact with residents and guests, ensuring a respectful and enjoyable dining experience.

The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer training, benefits, and a supportive team in a growing luxury senior living organization.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must possess ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously.
• Provide beverage service (water, iced tea, juices, milk, coffee/tea).
• Assist with tray service and dining room reset.
• Report broken equipment or tableware to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas (sweep, mop, vacuum).
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
• Respect resident confidentiality and privacy.
