Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional dining service to residents. Monday - Friday with weekend availability, $16-$18/hour DOE. You will take orders, serve meals, maintain dining areas, and support the kitchen and dining team to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Experience in restaurant operations or ability to learn.
• Must be 18+ with work permit.
• English fluency and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents in a professional manner.
• Set, clear, and reset tables; maintain a clean, sanitary dining area.
• Assist with residents' meal choices and attend to dining needs as required.
• Adhere to dietary needs and care plans as directed by the Supervisor.
• Report safety or equipment issues promptly to the Supervisor.
• Support kitchen and dining staff to ensure a positive dining experience.
