Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Server to help create an exceptional dining experience in our community restaurant. You will direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist with drink selection while building relationships with residents.

You will use our state-of-the-art POS system, complete opening and closing dining room duties, and contribute to a welcoming, guest-focused service environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service presentation.
• Server with Food Handler’s Card or willing to obtain one as required by state/county regulations.
• 18+ or schoolwork authorization if under 18.
• Friendly demeanor and compassion for residents.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist with drink selection.
• Communicate orders using the POS system.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties.
