Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Server for our community restaurant. You will help create an outstanding dining experience by building relationships with residents and delivering service they expect from a top restaurant.

As a Server, you will direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection, while using our POS system to communicate orders and ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, friendly attitude toward residents.
• Server must hold a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong customer service and presentation skills are required.
• If under 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables and present menus.
• Assist in dish selection and drink choices.
• Communicate orders to the point-of-sale system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties per community guidelines.
