Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server for our community restaurant. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service like in a guest-focused restaurant.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, taking orders, and using the POS system. You will also handle opening/closing duties and uphold high service standards.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.
• If under 18 must provide schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
• Server must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state/county regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using our state-of-the-art point of sale system.
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
