You will hire and develop front-of-house staff, manage budgets, schedule tours, and act as Manager on Duty, partnering with the Executive Chef and General Manager to keep residents satisfied with food and service. This role requires strong leadership, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in front-of-house supervision with staff management, scheduling, budgeting.
• Strong customer service and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company or personal vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, orient, schedule, train, coach dining room and housekeeping staff.
• Lead Sales while Manager on Duty; respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and complete lease signings.
• Manage labor budgets and overtime; control expenses.
• Ensure dining service quality and create a restaurant-style atmosphere; collaborate with Chef and GM.
• Ensure life/safety compliance; perform quality checks on housekeeping, kitchen and dining room.
• Act as Manager on Duty when the GM/Executive Director is not on site.
