Qualifications

• Two years of front-of-house supervision experience.
• Experience managing employees, recruiting, customer service, scheduling, budgeting, and expense management.
• Ability to work in a team and provide strong customer service.
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Hire, orient, schedule, train, coach, and counsel dining room and housekeeping staff.
• Lead Sales while Manager on Duty weekly; respond to inquiries, tours, and lease signings.
• Answer calls promptly with a welcoming manner; transfer to appropriate personnel.
• Provide timely feedback and manage performance.
• Establish and manage labor and supplies budgets and expenses.
• Schedule staff according to census and budgets; control overtime.
• Ensure high levels of service; create restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and GM/ED on dining programs and resident satisfaction.
• Review daily menus with residents and staff; coordinate room service if applicable.
• Ensure life/safety rules are followed; support inspections and quality checks.
