Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee dining room and housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional service for residents in a supportive environment. You will lead front-of-house teams, train staff, and manage daily activities to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating tours with prospective residents, managing schedules and budgets, and partnering with the Executive Chef and GM to enhance dining programs and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Two years of prior work experience in front-of-house supervision/leadership.
• Ability to provide strong customer service and supervise staff.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct dining room and housekeeping teams and set a hospitality-driven tone for residents.
• Hire, orient, schedule, train, coach, and counsel dining room waitstaff and housekeeping staff.
• Lead Sales while Manager on Duty each week, including tours with prospective residents and lease signings.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and transfer to appropriate personnel.
• Provide feedback to the team and manage performance.
• Establish and manage labor budgets and expenses; control overtime.
