Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead dining room and housekeeping teams, ensuring exemplary service and resident satisfaction. You will supervise front-of-house operations, schedule staff, and collaborate with culinary leadership to maintain a high-quality dining experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in front-of-house supervision, strong customer service, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year Associates Degree preferred.
• 2 years of front-of-house supervision/leadership experience including managing employees, recruiting, customer service, labor scheduling, budgeting and expense management.
• Ability to work in a team setting and provide strong customer service.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Able to carry a serving tray with at least 4 meals/beverages at a time.
• Able to clean apartments and dining room as needed.
• Position requires driving responsibilities; valid driver’s license required.
• Must meet Company Motor Vehicle Policy standards.
• Must complete all Atria training programs.

Responsibilities

• Hire, orient, schedule, train, coach, and counsel dining room waitstaff and housekeeping staff.
• Lead Sales while Manager on Duty each week, including inquiries, tours, and lease signings.
• Answer calls promptly in a welcoming manner and transfer to appropriate personnel.
• Provide timely feedback and performance management.
• Manage labor and supplies budget and expenses.
• Run schedules in line with census and budgets; control overtime.
• Provide high levels of customer service and create a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef and GM/ED to keep residents satisfied with food and housekeeping services.
• Review daily menu with residents and staff; coordinate room service where applicable.
• Provide quality and compliance leadership; support inspections and life/safety rules.
• Train team on Company standards (cleanliness, sanitation, appearance, service, satisfaction).
• Ensure tables are set to Company standards; resolve issues before they escalate.
• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/ED is not on site.
• May perform other duties as needed.
