Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to perform a range of dining service tasks, maintain sanitary dining areas, and assist with food preparation as needed. The role emphasizes accurate temperature control, timely service, and strict adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Previous dining service experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions, diet orders, resident preference cards, and work assignments.
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Must have or be willing to receive a Hepatitis A vaccine if working within St. Louis County.

Responsibilities

• Performs defined work routines using dining service utensils, supplies, and equipment as assigned.
• Assists with dining service set-up in dining rooms and at catered events, including beverages, salads, desserts, and other items; ensures proper temperatures and on-time service.
• Assists with dining room set up, stocking buffets, serving residents.
• Assists with cleanup to maintain clean dining areas; completes daily cleaning duties; washes dishes; stocks and stores items.
