Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a dining server to deliver upscale dining experiences and maintain clean, sanitary service areas. You will assist in food preparation and help set up dining rooms, buffets, and catering events while delivering outstanding guest service.

The role requires knowledge of the menu, allergens, and beverage recipes, with strong communication and organizational skills. A willingness to work flexible hours and wear appropriate PPE is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year (preferably 2–3) of waiting in a fine dining or country club venue.
• Ability to read, understand and follow recipe instructions and diet orders.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with interruptions and maintain quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service reflecting an upscale dining experience.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely, accurate manner.
• Greet customers courteously and address issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Know menu details, allergens, and preparation methods to inform guests.
