Job summary

LCB is seeking a Dining Services Associate to provide a high level of resident-focused service in a restaurant-style dining setting. You will work closely with leadership to ensure satisfaction, keep tables properly arranged, and serve beverages while reviewing daily menus with residents.

You will also assist with event dining, maintain cleanliness, and help implement dining enhancements. Excellent customer service, English communication, and the ability to multitask are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service in a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Work with Culinary Services Director and Executive Director to satisfy residents.
• Set tables per standards and serve beverages as requested.
• Review daily menu with residents and take accurate meal orders.
• Clear used dishes and sanitize dining room areas as needed.
• Assist with dining enhancement programs and special events.
• Adhere to food safety practices and quality standards.
• Acquaint new residents with menus, seating, and dining hours when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper body mechanics during tasks.
• Use computer to type orders and manage related tasks.
