Job summary

LCB Senior Living is seeking staff to support dining services at The Residence at Bala Cynwyd. You will uphold a restaurant-style dining atmosphere, ensure a clean and safe kitchen, and assist with food orders and event preparations onsite in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

The role requires strong organization, outstanding customer service, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining resident satisfaction. Training and teamwork are emphasized in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment according to policy and procedures.
• Keep floors clean and manage trash.
• Assist with food orders and storage.
• Assist chefs and servers as needed.
• Support special events, banquets, and theme meals/parties.
• Follow cleaning schedules and food safety practices.
• Sanitize dining room furniture and equipment.
• Communicate resident preferences to dining leadership for menu planning.
