Job summary

Elegance Living seeks a dining room assistant to support a positive dining culture under the Dining Room Manager and Director of Culinary Services. You will take orders, deliver meals, clear and reset tables to ensure a pleasant dining experience for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities include maintaining dining room cleanliness, sanitizing dishware, and ensuring safety standards are met. You will work with coworkers to overcome challenges and perform duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Manage dining room operations and contribute to a positive service culture under the Dining Room Manager or Director of Culinary Services.
• Take beverage and food orders, deliver meals, clear and sanitize tables, and reset dining areas to maintain a pleasant experience for residents and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room equipment, tables, chairs, and linens; ensure proper sanitization of dishware.
• Work safely, adhering to Safety Committee Standards and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Foster teamwork, show initiative, support coworkers, residents, and visitors, and take on additional duties as needed.
