Job summary

TITAN SENQUEST MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a Cook to prepare nutritious meals for residents, follow recipes, and plate dishes with attractive presentation. You will work closely with the dining team to support a positive dining experience in a supportive, respectful environment.

You must be at least 18, have a HS diploma or GED, be able to obtain a food handler certificate, read menus, perform simple math for recipes, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen while complying with health and safety

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a food handler's certificate as required.
• Ability to read menus and recipes; basic math for portions.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work well under stress and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following recipes to meet nutritional standards.
• Plate meals with attractive presentation for residents.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, clean kitchen area.
• Assist with stocking inventory and cleaning the kitchen.
• Perform dishwashing duties and keep area organized.
