Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock and reduce waste.
• Follow standardized recipes and portion controls for dietary needs.
• Ensure proper cooking, storage, and serving temperatures for safety and quality.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation per health regulations.
• Assist with menu planning and recipe development incorporating resident feedback.
• Collaborate with dietary staff to coordinate meal service and resident satisfaction.
• Adhere to facility policies, infection control, and safety procedures.
• Participate in training to improve culinary skills and food safety knowledge.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
