Harmony Senior Services is seeking a friendly dining room server to courteously serve meals to residents and guests, assist with menu orders, provide beverages, and help with tray service. You will help keep dining and kitchen areas clean and follow confidentiality policies.

We value teamwork, reliability, and flexible scheduling to support residents' needs. Responsibilities include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and attending in-services.

Formación

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must possess ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and carry heavy objects up to 20 ft.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and assist with menu orders.
• Provide beverage service (water, iced tea, juices, milk, coffee/tea).
• Assist with tray service and dining room cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas (sweep, mop, vacuum).
• Report broken equipment or tableware to supervisor.
• Adhere to confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
• Interact politely with residents, guests, coworkers and supervisors.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
