Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Server to courteously serve resident and guest meals, assist with menu orders, beverages, and dining room cleanup. The role includes refilling condiments, handling tray service, and maintaining equipment and cleanliness.

You will work with a team and support residents with mobility needs while following confidentiality policies. Requirements include reading simple instructions, effective communication, ability to stand/walk for extended periods, and lifting

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, guests and co-workers.
• Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents and guests courteously and reset dining area after meals.
• Assist residents with menu orders and beverage service.
• Refill condiments and manage tableware and basic food prep knowledge.
• Report any broken equipment to supervisor and follow safety protocols.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings and participate in tray service as needed.
